One Mission at a Time.
Letter from the CEO
Over 30 years ago, I arranged my first air charter at age 18. It was for a 747—a spring break charter to the Bahamas for 472 of my fellow students.
If I could do that, I figured, I could build a business around the concept. It became StudentCity. com, founded in my dorm room at Middlebury College in 1989. It grew into a $7 million business managing spring break air transport for over 50,000 students and was later acquired by a FTSE 100 leisure travel company.
The experience of handling complex, often extraordinary charters evolved into Private Jet services. This group works with presidential candidates, rock stars and sports teams — some of the most demanding customers in aviation. Over the past 30 years, we’ve expanded to the purchase and outfitting of aircraft for group charters, and also to traditional business jet sales and acquisitions, charter, aircraft management and major maintenance.
In 2022, we acquired Keystone Aviation and Keystone MRO, highly respected names in charter, management and maintenance. We have bolstered our leadership at Keystone with highly experienced industry veterans and began an expansion of our international operations starting in Australia with more to come. We are growth oriented when we see opportunities to strengthen our offerings.
Our vision is to be the most trusted source for aviation services. Not modest, but we’ve built an organization that is quite capable of delivering on that promise.
We look forward to meeting your unique requirements.
