The Learning Institute is launching with three key programs, each tailored to address critical aspects of employee and leadership development:
This program is designed to empower and equip subject matter experts from each department who are tapped with training responsibilities to upskill as a trainer with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to effectively train both new trainees and fellow subject matter experts. Transitioning into a managerial role requires a new set of skills and a deeper understanding of enterprise expectations and standard operating practices within people leadership. The Emerging Manager Forum equips new managers with:
