Expanding and Rebranding
Seabrook, NH (October 18, 2022) Rapidly growing Elevate Holdings has a new name, Elevate Aviation Group, recognizing its expansion and its exclusive focus on business aviation.
The company has branched out from its initial core holding, Private Jet Services, which arranges complex charters for large groups such as rock bands, sports teams, large corporate groups and political campaigns.
In January 2022, the company acquired Keystone Aviation for traditional business jet charter and aircraft management services. As part of the acquisition, it is expandingKeystone MRO, a major maintenance operation based in Salt Lake City and Scottsdale. The company is growing its managed and charter fleet of more than 30 aircraft, with plans to add a Gulfstream G550 and a G650 later this year.
Meanwhile, subsidiary Elevate Jet has hired Brooke Brown as VP of Sales and Acquisitions. Mrs. Brown came aboard Elevate with the mandate to grow the company’s advisory business for aircraft acquisitions and sales. In advising clients, Elevate Jet draws on extensive market knowledge for all sizes of aircraft and extensive transaction capability, including for more complex cross-border transactions.
“We see exciting opportunities for growth in business aviation services, especially in the mid-cabin to long-range and ultra-long-range segments, “ says founder and CEO Greg Raiff. “We are taking the 24/7, detail-oriented approach honed at Private Jet Services and extending it across a broad portfolio of business aviation services.” Raiff is attending NBAA to meet new and existing customers.
Raiff launched his first charter business, StudentCity.com while still in high school. His first charter, a Boeing 747 took 472 fellow students to the Bahamas to celebrate their graduation. Ultimately sold to TUI TravelPLC, a FTSE 100 leisure travel company, Raiff’s experience chartering and wet leasing airliners evolved into the highly specialized charters handled by Private Jet Services.
