ELEVATE AVIATION GROUP EXPANDS EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP WITH TRIO OF HIRES AHEAD OF LAUNCH OF NEW CONSUMER-FACING APP POISED TO CHANGE HOW TRAVELERS BOOK PRIVATE JET CHARTER
MIAMI, FL - (October 21, 2025) - Elevate Aviation Group (EAG), a leading provider of private aviation services, today announced three key executive hires alongside internal promotions as the company accelerates growth and prepares to launch a new groundbreaking booking app that will redefine the private jet travel experience.
Joining Elevate’s leadership ranks are a trio of talented aviation executives with extensive background in their respective fields in the aviation industry. Elevate welcomes Zach Sperber, now serving as Executive Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales, Greg Johnson appointed as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales, and Jessica McClintock in the role of Vice President of Sales & Global Partnerships. All three hires are aimed at bolstering the company’s successful expansion into the broader private jet charter marketplace via the new app.
The launch of the app marks a transformative milestone for Elevate as the company celebrates 30 years of private aviation excellence while looking to utilize the company’s foundational knowledge of serving the world’s most exclusive clients to further expand into the marketplace by reaching a new category of travelers and providing them with ease of use, fast convenient booking, and reliable pricing, all while enjoying the same level of elite service traditionally provided by the company.
The new app primarily targets first-time charter clients and seasoned travelers that know exactly what they need and simply want to quickly and easily book their aircraft. By strengthening its leadership team in hiring highly qualified aviation executives with proven success, Elevate is laying the groundwork for the launch of their new consumer-facing platform. Under the guidance of the new executive team, the upcoming app is poised to set fresh benchmarks for private charter booking.
Sperber previously served as Executive Vice President of Aircraft Management at both Jet Linx and Jet Edge International, where he played a key role in scaling operations and developing the industry-leading AdvantEdge program. This program helped aircraft owners offset operating costs while expanding charter availability. Reuniting with longtime industry colleague Greg Johnson, Sperber joins Elevate to oversee aircraft management and charter services.
Johnson brings a reputable 25-year career in aircraft management and FBO operations. In 2001, he acquired a Bay Area FBO through Apex Aviation and successfully tripled its revenues within five years. As Vice President of Business Development for ACM Aviation and San Jose Jet Center, he managed and grew a fleet from 18 to 42 aircraft in just 24 months, effectively doubling revenue, and grew the company to over 60 managed aircraft through mergers and acquisitions. Most recently at Jet Edge International, alongside Sperber, Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Management, where together they grew its fleet size from 15 aircraft to 60 under management and 40 owned aircraft before selling in 2022 for $600 million. At Elevate, Johnson will lead fleet expansion and operational strategy as the company prepares to launch its consumer app.
McClintock joins the team with a history of growing technology platforms into market-leading solutions. As Vice President of Global Account Management for FuelerLinx, she helped grow a SaaS platform to more than $3 billion in annual transaction volume and expand its user base past 10,000 worldwide, while also leading a $1.2 million USAF contract that established the company’s government and defense footprint. She also led the integration of AI and machine learning tools that optimized fuel purchasing and operational efficiency, showing how smart technology can evolve aviation workflows. She now brings that same focus to Elevate.
“At Elevate Aviation, every decision comes back to how we can better serve clients,” comments Greg Raiff, CEO of Elevate Aviation Group. “As we prepare to introduce an app that will transform how clients access private aviation, we are investing in the strongest possible leadership team to ensure great performance. These new appointments bring deep industry expertise, innovative thinking, and a relentless focus on client service. Together, we are positioning Elevate not just to launch a platform, but to reshape the way private aviation is enjoyed.”
