Hannah Blonshteyn is a seasoned legal expert with a diverse background in complex case management, strategic partnerships, and corporate transactions. She has worked at multiple top-tier law firms in New York and Connecticut, building a strong record of success through advanced research, meticulous litigation preparation, and skilled negotiation.

As VP and General Counsel for Elevate Aviation Group, Hannah collaborates closely with leadership and outside counsel to oversee all legal functions, including contract negotiation, compliance, finance, employment law, and regulatory analysis. She draws on her extensive legal experience in both commercial and pro bono arenas to ensure streamlined processes and robust legal support across the organization.

Hannah is an alumna of Fordham University School of Law and the University of Michigan. Before joining Elevate Aviation Group, she served in critical roles at Wiggin and Dana LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Hannah now works remotely, continuing to develop innovative legal strategies that drive value, protect organizational interests, and support Elevate Aviation Group’s global vision.
