Lanny joins Elevate Jet as Vice-President Maintenance, supporting Elevate Jet’s managed aircraft fleet. Lanny’s journey began 30+ years ago as an aircraft mechanic where he developed his specialization on continuous improvement.

Lanny has held several positions as Field Service Representative, Customer Response Manager and Global Director of Customer Support for Bombardier, supporting technical, operational, parts, logistics and customer support.

He further developed his experience as Accountable and General Manager of several MROs in the USA and Asia. His international experience included supporting business aviation customers through the complexity of various country registrations to buy, inspect and sell aircraft.

Lanny obtained his Airframe and Powerplant license from Northrop University, his undergraduate degree via California State University, Northridge and his MBA from York St John University, UK. Outside of work, he is passionate about his family, dogs, environmental advocacy and cycling.
